You can submit your child’s admission application by mail, online or in person.
Apply By Mail
Download the four documents below and complete them. If you don’t wish to download them, you may call the school at (973) 642-0529 and request an application packet be sent to you. You may either return the application by mail or deliver it to the school in person.

1) Application Form
This includes Student, Family and Financial information sections and requests a copy of the household’s most recent W-2 and 1040 tax forms OR a letter from Public Assistance as income verification.
3) School Recommendation
Please give this form to your child’s current teacher or principal to complete and return to you in a sealed envelope so you can mail it to Link Community School with the completed application.
4) Transcript Release Authorization
Submit this form to your child’s current school secretary or guidance counselor to request your child’s Grade 5 & 6 report cards and standardized testing scores. For those applying to Link as 8th graders, the Grade 7 report card and test scores are also required.

Incomplete Applications
Please note as a result of the large volume of applications we receive each year, incomplete applications will not be considered.
