A Taste of Newark Restaurant Donor Commitment Form

The 14th Annual A Taste of Newark takes place Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center

Restaurants are the “unsung heroes” of A Taste of Newark. It is their delicious fare, outstanding presentation and exquisite service that keep guests returning each year. Those that support the event provide sampling/tasting dishes for approximately 400 people, ranging from appetizers to soups, from salads to entrees, and, yes, desserts. Restaurants and caterers come from around the city of Newark and the surrounding suburbs.

- We have our own chafing dishes.
We kindly ask that Restaurants provide their own serving utensils and serving staff as there is no provision for cooking on NJPAC premises. All entrees must be ready to be served or warmed by sterno.
