Tom Steinfeld, M.A.T., Special Education Teacher

Tom Steinfeld joined Link in 2007 as the school's first Special Education teacher. In this capacity he supports both students and teachers to improve learning. He holds both a B.A. in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook and an M.A.T. in History from SUNY New Paltz. Tom recently received Certification in Special Education from Montclair State University. Prior to joining Link, Tom taught Social Studies for several years at Englewood Cliffs and Union City respectively. Tom came to teaching as a second career after working for many years in the financial services industry.
